  • The multifunctional complex adjoins the landscape and recreational zone along the shore of the Drozdy Reservoir and is  oriented toward one of Minsk’s main arteries, Pobediteley Avenue. The fluid forms of the SPA center and office blocks,  together with service facilities, appear to “float” along the water surface, shaping the avenue’s silhouette.
