      The number of storeys, the scale of the architectural elements, and the expressive silhouette of the development with  clearly defined terraced blocks of varying heights are determined by the site’s elongated location between the railway  line (Moscow–Minsk direction), Vasilisy Kozhinoy Street, and Barklaya Street, as well as by long-range views from  Kutuzovsky Prospekt and from the Victory Park complex on Poklonnaya Gora.
