  • The “Aleksandrov-Passazh” building defines and completes the intersection of Nezavisimosti Avenue and Filimonov  Street. The 19-storey office tower serves as a key urban landmark. The three-storey commercial block, arranged as an  angular semicircular volume, forms an internal three-level atrium and a shopping passage running parallel to  Nezavisimosti Avenue
